The Media Arts Council (MAC) is excited to bring you “A Postcard from Everybody’s Hometown,” a large-scale mural slated for installation in September in the small garden between the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum and Kung Fu Tea.

The project is partially funded by the Visit Delco Tourism Grant and partially funded by YOU.  Please help us get this mural installed by making a generous donation today! Any amount received over our goal will be used toward maintenance and future murals in the downtown district. 

Did you know that Media is among the very last small suburban towns in the US to have an active, full-scale transit trolley on its main street? This mural celebrates our wonderful town with the iconic 1940s/50s model Red Arrow trolley, which ran through Media until 1981.

We are thrilled to be working with local muralist Carrie Kingsbury to bring this piece to life. Carrie is sought after for large projects in Delaware County and the tri-state area. She is from right here in Media and graduated from Penncrest High School. Check out her website to see more of her work.
