There are two ways to join the M.A.C. Artist Registry:
1. Fill out the registry form online by clicking the REGISTER button below. Online registration requires a valid email address. We will send you an email with a link which will verify that you are the owner of the email address you use. After you have validated your email address, you can create an artist's profile, upload images, and submit your dues. We accept checks via postal mail, or PayPal. Your profile will not go public on our website until we have received your payment and your submission has been reviewed by the MAC Artist Committee for public display.
2. OR; Download the Artist Registry Form and return the completed form with any images you would like posted to your new page to the address indicated on the form. Please follow all of the instructions on the form and include your check for the amount due. (If you choose this option and NOT the online registration above, you will only be able to update your profile once a year with your renewal fee submission.)
