Join us this Saturday for the opening reception of the 5th Annual Media ICONS Photography Contest and Exhibit at 300 W. State Street (formerly Four Paws Shoppe).
The gallery will feature entrants and winners of the 2011 Media ICONS Photography Contest “Alive & Pulsing”.
This year’s photos were judged by award winning photographer, David Sacks of New York City. David Sacks is also a resident of Media, PA.
There will be light refreshments and live music by Keith Calmes at the opening reception: Saturday, Oct. 8th, 2011. 6-9pm

I’ve been in love with painting for about 14 years. My husband
and I got our first apartment together and couldn’t afford any of the beautiful artwork I wanted. So, I gave painting a try. Turns out, it’s my gift! I have always incorporated photographs into my pieces. It gives
my imagery a realistic tinge. And it gives me a chance to look at life through my camera lens.
